Different amounts have different terms
The insurance premium and separately displayed 10% GreenOnMID service fee may be subject to different cancellation and refund provisions. Review the contractual terms supplied before payment.
Ask for written confirmation
Send a clear request to the authorised provider or insurer shown in the documents. Keep a record of the response and expected refund handling. A request does not itself terminate cover unless accepted under the terms.

Will an unused short-term policy be fully refunded?
